Birthdays And Obituaries

It’s my birthday today! And I just read my obituary. :(

“Daniel J. Moran, 49, formerly of Louisville, died Monday, June 29, 1936.”

Well, it’s not actually me, but a gentleman with whom I share a name who was born in 1887 and died in 1936 at the age of 49. I’m 44 today. Sobering to think about how short life can be.

So, why waste one minute of that life doing anything other than what we were meant to do? We were meant to be happy and prosperous and to help others by spreading that happiness and prosperity.

I intend to do just that.

2008 is the year in which I will build a successful Internet business WITHOUT sacrificing time with my family and friends, WITHOUT sacrificing my health or my sanity, and WITHOUT allowing myself to be distracted and unfocused. I will do those things that advance my business and avoid those things that bring me further from realizing my goals.

If you’d like to come along for the ride, just sign up for my blog announcement list. The form is at the top right hand side of this page. I just need your first name and your primary email address. You’ll receive a short email whenever I post a new article here. I’ll be blogging about the exact steps I’m taking to build my Internet business from the ground up.

And although it’s my birthday today, I’d like to give you a present. It’s not quite ready yet (I’ll need just another day or two to finish it up), but if you’re on the announcement list for this blog, you’ll soon receive download instructions for your gift by email. I’m sure you’ll like it, so subscribe today!
